How does the service work?

• OCM liaise with the disposal contact via phone/email to discuss the potential disposal. Click here to contact OCM
• If required, site visits/site surveys can be arranged
• The details of the equipment are confirmed establishing type, makes, model and quantity of equipment. At this stage we at OCM will do our best to confirm how much we can pay for the equipment
• OCM and the customer mutually agree payment terms
• Collection or delivery of the equipment is arranged. See details of our collection service and logistics here
• The equipment is audited to record make, model, specification, asset and serial number, and processed at OCM using our procedures for data security
• Faulty and no value items are sorted out for recycling
• Valuable items are resold
• Completed audits are sent to the customer for their own records
