OCM attends McDonald’s National Operations and Technology Supplier Conference

OCM recently attended the McDonald’s National Operations and Technology Supplier Conference, held at Wembley in January 2026. The event brought together suppliers and industry partners to discuss future operational strategy, technology integration and collaboration across the UK business.

Taking place on 23 January 2026, the conference focused on operational improvement and innovation, with a strong emphasis on resilience and progress. Industry commentary following the event highlighted a theme of “comeback”, reflecting renewed momentum across operations, systems and supplier partnerships.

Representing OCM at the conference were Steve Turberfield and Richard Done (pictured), who joined suppliers from across a range of sectors, including facilities management, technology and support services.
