OCM sponsor St Richard’s Hospice Lantern Walk

Join OCM and St Richard’s Hospice at dusk, to walk a beautiful 1.5 mile route around the grounds of National Trust Croome, High Green, Worcester, WR8 9DW. Help us light up the night sky! Whether you’re joining us to remember a loved one, or just to enjoy the picturesque setting of Croome, the evening is set to be a magical experience.

All participants over the age of 5 will receive a lantern and LED candle to carry along the route. In addition, glow sticks will be provided for little ones. Together, lighting up the parkland of Croome in procession as we make our way around the route. Certain areas along the route will already be lit up, giving you the opportunity to experience Croome like never before.

St Richard’s Hospice encourage all participants to fundraise as much as possible. It is the additional money raised through sponsorship that makes a huge difference to the individuals and families that St Richard’s Hospice support and care for. There is no minimum sponsorship target, but we do ask that you raise as much as you can.

Access to the on-site church will also be available for those wishing to remember a loved one on the evening of the event.

Free parking is available, please car share where possible. 

Registration from 4:30pm with the walk beginning promptly at 5:15pm

Registration for 5+ includes entry, a lantern, LED candle and either a tea, coffee or soft drink

Under 5’s free – registration includes soft drink and a glow stick

Any child 16 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the route.
